New self-released CD-R from Brighton’s Bolide aka Bolide Awkwardstra. This one bundles a studio track with two live jams recorded in Brighton in 2010. More of a weird ethno feel to this one, with a Sun City Girls play the music of the AACM vibe that is pretty seductive. With original acetate artwork by Dr Parsons.

Another new self-released album from Brighton’s Bolide aka Bolide Awkwardstra, recorded in one night in the studio in July 2010, the day that Tuli Kupferberg and Harvey Pekar died. More primitive caveman style here, with an early ESP-Disk vibe crossed with Magic Band brass and a post-Chocolate Monk feel.
